About Us

Scary Studios is a small locally owned business that will produce a seasonal, professional haunted attraction in Orlando, Florida. Created in partnership with the University of Central Florida's Theatre Department, Scary Studios relies on mostly theatre students to design, build, and run the haunted attraction. In turn, we provide students with resume and portfolio quality experience as well as education in the haunt industry by providing a hands-on experience in all aspects of creating a successful event. Our haunted attraction takes a high startle, low gore approach to scaring people. This approach, combined with our attention to safety, allows us to appeal to both college students and families.
